this particular heat press came in pieces and had to be fully assembled. at the 4th step, the instructions didn’t match the parts. took the company 5 days to respond with the proper instructions. they were great and answered questions daily. unfortunately i got this press because of Christmas orders that needed to be fulfilled and lost money due to this issue that could have been resolved with the correct instructions, OR somewhere to access the correct ones. the press works fine so far, not used the attachments, will update at that time.

Avoid this press and anything the company has their name on. Cheap materials, screws will strip if a 5 year old tightens them. The plate in the pressure adjustment part of the press was put on wrong in the factory. It has zero assembly instructions. I haven't got to trying it yet. Still working on assembly. I would return it but I was on vacation and the window for return passed. Cheap junk, constructed with pot metal.

I purchased the "VEVOR 8 in 1 Heat Press Machine for T Shirts Hats Mugs Plates- 12x15 Swing Away Shirt Press Machine with 30 OZ Tumbler Press, Hat Press, Plate Press, Light Green" and the manual does not match the parts I received and the instructions for initial assembly also do not match this design. I have three parts that I cannot determine what they belong to. The bearing bars that attach the platen to the base and act as a drawer don't match the instructions, and because they do not securely lock into the base, I'm sure my setup is incomplete. I don't even know if the machine runs because I'm afraid it will fall apart if I attempt to test it. All attempts to contact VEVOR to identify the parts and verify how to assemble the heat press have failed. The 24/7 chat never connects. There is no phone number on their website. The messaging feature requires an order number from VEVOR, no others are accepted. I am not happy with this item.

I really was hoping that the VEVOR 8 in 1 Heat Press Machine for T Shirts Hats Mugs Plates- 12x15 was going to be a great solution for my business. It just arrived and as I was unpacking all the items in order to assemble the heat press, nothing lined up. That braces for the press did not match the docking section, the bolts that I needed to attach the handle were about 1.5 inches too long. When trying to assemble the mug /tumbler press, the tension bracket would cannot be places in the lever unless you take apart the entire assembly. I won't say to stay away from this unit but buyer beware, for the price it as a complete failure of a product.

I'm very disappointed 😞 with this product. I watched many unboxing video before i purchased and when I got it it was in more pieces than the good lord should have allowed. The pieces don't even match and some of the holes don't line up. I've wasted my money and wasn't able to complete my christmas or new years gifts.
