    • Arrived defective. Waiting for a replacement control box-won’t turn on.
I will change my review if the company ever sends the replacement control box. I opened the product and the control box wouldn’t work. We were out of town so it was past the return window. The companies suggestion was wiggle the wires or change the fuse. I tried what they suggested and still did not work. I am not an electrician and this is a brand new product so I requested a replacement box. They said they would send me one, but it would take 7 to 10 days. We’re still waiting on that and it’s been one week. I borrowed a friends control box to text the rest of the press and All the attachments work great so if the control box ever arrives, I will, change my review. ... show more

    • Manual does not tell you how to set it up
So I purchased this heat press due to its price. Upon receiving it, it’s a huge, heavy box. The parts are protected by styrofoam. Each part is wrapped with a plastic bag. Putting it together: the manual does not show you how to set it up, or which wire goes into what.. the manual does not also show you how to set up the temperature and the time. Use: I was also under the impression that once you lower the handle, the timer starts… but I figured out that the “set” button starts the timer. I also don’t know what the letters mean when I press “set” I also don’t know the difference between “work” and “set”. The whole machine also slips…. It doesn’t stay on the table when you have an item on it or lift the handle. if the seller would reach out, I would really appreciate! Also, the tray and handle are very flimsy. It does not distribute the heat evenly. Very hard to utilize. ... show more
