I’ve previously purchased a 15x12 5 in 1 swing away Vevor heat press in 2020 and have been using it ever since. I still love it and it is still working perfectly but wanted a 15x15 slide out/clam shell in which I love this heat press as well and the fact that it shuts off automatically if left on too long without using; I love that it counts down and beeps when finished; and I love that the heating element appears very even in all spots. I’ve tested it with a 15x15 sublimation project. I’ve also tested it with vinyl and rhinestone projects… I love it. I love it. I love it. Again, Vevor has not let me down. I love love love my purchase!

I got this heat press just barely over a month ago and have loved it until tonight!! I am in the middle of a 150 ornament order and it just died!! I was only 40 ornaments in and turned it off for a little while. I went and printed some more items… came back to press more about 30 mins later and it won’t turn on at all!!! Completely dead!!! I have tried everything and I’m just barely outside the return window… now I’m out almost $200 talk about gut wrenching.

Worked great while it lasted. But I guess you get what you pay for. Only had it 5 months and it just quit working. Checked and changed the fuse just in case was the issue and bought a new power cord. Still nothing. JUST QUIT working while in the middle of a project.

Set up for this heat press was very straightforward; literally about 5 minutes. The pressing bed pulls out making for a safe and easy placement of your pressing material (t-shirt, apron, etc.). Setting the temperature and time was easy once I realized I had to wait for the press to get to a certain temperature (the last settings used). The handle for locking the heat platen in place takes a lot of muscle power - it could be just me. First couple of times I just held the handle/platen during the pressing. Now I have someone else lock it in place for me. The manual that comes with the press is well written and includes pictures that are very helpful. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Burns the power cable that connect to the main socket. This product or all made by Vevor should not be sold as this is a hazard that will burn your house. The fuse holder melted too but it did not blow the fuse. This product is used for a hobby not for business and mainly 3-5 a month. Contacted Vevor but never got a reply from them.

I bought a Vevor Heat press about 5 months ago, I didn’t used it a lot, and it already stopped to work, I tried everything I could, and still doesn’t turn on, I didn’t get any support from the seller, but I was able to get in touch with Vevor customer support through amazon, and they were very helpful, and sent a new replacement parts. And problem solved. Very satisfied. I have some other Vevor machines that I love And I will definitely buy from them again in a future.

Stopped working within a couple of months... customer support worked quickly at getting a replacement part - problem is it arrived 3 weeks later from China ... and THAT part doesn't work .... now I'm waiting again ... ugh... not good
