This thing is awesome!! It came mostly disassembled but putting it together was not difficult for me at all. Most of it was common sense, but there were a few instances where the instructions really came in handy. There was a small piece of something underneath the material lining the heating pad that I was worried about, but it has not caused any issues thus far. It heats up fairly quickly and will automatically turn the heat off if unused for a longer period of time (which is a nice safety feature). It has a knob on top to easily adjust pressure. It has been perfect for my projects so far. I've only done shirts/hoodies/onsies, but look forward to trying other projects with the attachments it came with. I will say that it holds up well when the top portion is spun away towards the back, but if any pressure is put on it in that position it will tip over. There was one small scuff on a piece, but I'm not bothered by that at all. So far everything has been wonderful. If any of that changes, I'll come back and update this review.

I read all the reviews before purchasing and some of them were negative. Don’t pay any attention to that. This press is as advertised!! Easy setup and a simple YouTube video on how to use the the temp and timer. It works great for sublimation and vinyl.

Incorrect user manual descriptions, missing screws, as well as parts missing threads. Spent a whole two hours, looking for parts and found out that it wasn’t built the way as it described very frustrating. See photos for yourself. It is unsafe to hold a 500° electric hot pad with just two short screw and nothing else.

Very well made and packaged. You do have to put the whole thing together but does come with step by step instructions. Only took my 15 to 20 min to assemble and start pressing. Heat seems to be even across entire pad. Adjustable downward pressure very easy to adjust just by turning large knob at top of swing arm. Has alarm to let you know timer has reached the time you had set. Looks very nice and well made. All the functions of this product was very easy to program and set. The hat press and other attachments also worked very well and love that I bought it use it almost every day usually for about 3 to 5 hours and still working like new.

Would give it a 5 but I gotta say..the hat press on this thing is garbage. Tumbler press is decent..wish it was longer! The heatpress itself..amazing! Ours gets a lot of use and have no issues a year later. It does seem to need re tightening more frequently than other presses but that could just be how much I use it. Easy to put together and the instructions were simple. Perfect size for regular tshirts and other small items. Bigger sized shirts and blankets can be a little tricky. I'd give it a solid 8.5 outta 10. The price is right!

I actually really liked this press. The reason I returned it is because the cord is on the back of the press and gets caught on the heat plate. This melts the cord and even if you flip the cord to rest on the control panel but for me it came detached a few times. Other than that, you run the risk of the cord wearing and shorting over time. The press itself, is great, but the cord potentially impacts longevity of this great product and for the cost I don’t want to risk the investment.
