I was super excited when my chair arrived today, until I charged it and turned it on. The voice is repetitive, annoying and loud. I will be calling customer service to see if it can be disabled. This is a great product. Only one real down side. The nuts are cap nuts and need to be replaced with teflon nuts. The caps vibrate loose with use and will need to be inspected and tightened.
