Used this soup warmer for less than 4 months and started leaking. Company sent me a replacement and that one leaked right out of the box. Now they could care less and won’t replace the new unit. Wanted me to glue where it was leaking then said to weld.

If the setup instructions had been included, I likely would have had a better experience and might not have returned the product. After I set it up and added soup, water began to leak constantly, and I couldn't figure out why. It turns out that the tape provided was supposed to be wrapped around the part where the water exits to prevent dripping. I ended up searching Google and YouTube to find out what the tape was meant for because I had no idea how to use it.

It heats up great, keeps food warm. When the food runs low or you don't put much food in it then the pots float, needs to be a way to secure them down so they don't float up
