The specially engineered airflow pattern is designed to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity around the foods ensuring pizza stays at the ideal serving temperature and moisture. This pizza warming merchandiser holds (4) 18” pizza pans. The racks rotate to ensure even heating. A temperature control knob allows for precise adjustments for a temperature range of 89°F to 194°F. The pizza warmer has a black powder-coated exterior and stainless steel interior. Clear view tempered glass on all sides ensure an appetizing appearance from any angle. A rear door quickly opens and closes minimizing temperature fluctuations. LED lights illuminate the interior ensuring high visibility.
