When product arrived, multiple parts bent. We were in a situation where we needed a hot bar immediately and just began using it. Now, only a short time later, the switch will not turn on. Without taking it apart and trying to get a new switch, it’s a useless product.

A little disappointment. I got a “faulty” shipment, it looks like the glue was coming apart from the table and the holes for the screws were not aligned with the opening. Also missing another part. Going to re order snd try this again!

Takes a long time to get up to temp but It worked well 6 days a week for 3 months. After 3 months the switch went bad. I bypassed it and am still using it. Not sure if it’s under warranty.
