Never get this!!!! When we got it, it was missing one screw so we had to go out and buy one. During our first use, the glass door shattered and got all over our food. We had to stop all sales and this incident caused us to lose a lot of $$.

Hard to install . No proper number to install . L key they gave with the warmer is of no use . You need to have tool kit to install . Took us like 2 hours to install with 2 people help. No proper labeling to assemble it. I have been using it for a week .it is working fine. needs to use more time to know about temperature . For now food is staying warm . ... show more
