Convenient to use. I tested it before an event without food. It seem to heat up fast. However, on the day of the event, it took a very long time (like 2 hours) to just barely warm up the bottom of the pan with rice. I was very disappointed because the advertisement said it was for commercial use. Not true, but I'm sure for personal home use, it is fine. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

Bought this to use in our food truck, worked as intended, used it one time and the crossbar bent and instructions are lacking… takes abt 2 hrs to heat to temp if you use room temp water. Save yourself some time and put hot water into it to begin with. It will kee and heat after that. Wish the metal pans and crossbars were stronger metal though.

I gotta start by saying VEVOR is one of the best costumer services I’ve ever had. They took care of my concern and provided one of the best costumer service I’ve ever had. The product works great. I am married into a Phillipino Pamilia and they always have big parties. The food stays warm and fresh. I recommend it if you have a big family or a business that constantly needs to keep food fresh. Some of the bad reviews had me hesitant to purchase . The main complaint was it leaked . My first use it did leak , very , very little around the drain. Turns out , all that has to be done is NOT use the cosmetic chrome ring that goes on before attaching the spigot, this will allow it to tighten further in to the unit. Obviously use the supplied teflon tape , and bingo. No more leaks . Seems kind of obvious to me . Never the less it works great and is a great value for the cost. I'll add..... one of the pans has a slight bend in it , I fixed that with my bare hands . Seems piddly to leave a bad review for such. I would and will buy another if needed ! 5 stars

This unit did not come with a user's manual. I had to search the company's website to understand the proper way to set it up and use it. So far, it has been a helpful addition to my kitchen, though was expecting the pans to be a bit heavier/more durable.

The reviews on this product seem to be a mixed bag, however I have been fortunate enough to have received a good quality unit. Have used at multiple events, sometimes the unit is on 4 days straight for 10+ hours at high temp and no issues. I fill the base of the unit with water and it heats up the pans quickly. Only issue I have is with the drain which has a poor seal and is slow. Easier to just let the unit cool and dump the water.
