After only 4 months the heating element blew apart. It looks great in the pictures, but it's not made very well. The support bar isn't wide enough and the pans can fall in.

After less than 6 months use this 'commercial' food warmer has stopped working. The heating element is blown on it. Not worth the money. buyer beware, you get what you pay for.

I love this warmer. I have a food truck so space is important. This warmer gives me room to hold the food I need. It holds the temperature well. I have been using it for several months and I’m very happy with it. The only con is the pans that come with it are very thin. I’m very upset about the size and the actual heating element inside such a beautiful warmer the water actually don’t get hot enough to keep the food warm in fact I am going to purchase another element to make it more of what I thought I was getting the value is questionable for the money if there could be a larger heating element it would be fabulous ... show more
