Note to buyer: Vevor will not supply any parts and I have been unable to find them on the internet. If someone can find a compatible knife I would appreciate it. As to the quality of the product, it's satisfactory given the price. Cutter was heavily damaged in shipment but we were able to assemble it and it functions correctly with minor adjustments to the blade. This is the quote from Vevor "Customer Service..."     • Electrical paper cutter
First of all, the outer casing of the product came broken from the cargo. But there is no physical problem. The side panel of the product was not fixed to the body. I have other friends of the same product, theirs is fixed. The product protects itself for some reason, it does not cut. For product technical support, I sent two messages about the problem, I called once but I could not reach the seller company. I think that the product has a small problem, the problem here is that the supplier company sells the product and is insufficient in support. Great product, worth every penny! I am impressed for how well this product works. I have been using a Guillotine cutter for years and this device was such a welcome improvement. It has a laser guide for precision cutting. It also has an impressive paper set guide that can be set once and stays set. I would have rated this higher except that FedEx would not deliver it. We had to go to the distribution warehouse and pick it up. The cutter itself works great, but it was not accurate. The paper feed rails were skewed to the knife. The seller was very helpful however, and actually sent a video from the manufacturer in China showing how to adjust the feed rail.
