Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy installation, purchased for my deli. Once installed and hooked up it started producing ice immediately. It is a bit noisy when producing but quiets down when ice bin is full. But people sitting near by at a table can definitely hear it and might bother them. Over nice ice machine with nice digital screen and access to adjust settings or turn off if needed with out unplugging the power cord. We had to make some small modifications to fit the actual Pepsi machine as it was not the exact size but overall worked. Makes nice square ice cubes pretty thick so don’t melt as fast. ... show more

the inside wire is completely broken and not even assembled yet. the compressor is not connected, the control board is disconnected, screws are super loose. This is a defective machine and should not be shipped. The whole thing is soaked in synthetic oil. This is not a finished product and somehow there is no quality check. Great product so far. Easy to install. The drain line was a bit short so I had to install my own. You will need a second person to help lifting it. We installed in on a 30inch wide soda fountain and had to by an adaptor kit to fit it. But great price made it totally worth it. Easy to installation and setup. Compact and perfect for the space we wanted to put it. Ice capacity is exactly what was described. Nice to be able to adjust the size of ice cubes. It didn't take long after setup for the machine to start producing ice.
