When this ice machine is working it is total nonsense. The ice starts melting as soon as it is dropped. They say it holds 33 pounds...that's a lie...18 pounds at the most. Ice machine stopped working. Contacted Vevor (manufacturer). They made me tear the machine apart and send videos. Once they came up with the solution...it took 6 weeks to get the part. When replaced, the ice machine still did not work. I contacted them again and they refused to communicate with me any longer since the warranty ran out...yes...I busted a vein...cussed like a sailor...then said $&%! It...that's the way the world is today. Please do not give these @#&@ers another penny...yours truly...BB

What I like most is that it has a pump for the any excess water. What I disliked was the fact that the ice comes off in something of a sheet. Depending on how thick you designate the ice to be will determine how easily it breaks up from the sheet. Also the settings are a little confusing and although just an informative indicator is that the temperature within the machine is in centigrade and cannot be switched to Fahrenheit. Again only of Interest, not really a meaningful indicator.

The ice maker makes more noise than expected, but that is not as frustrating as finding there is no ice in the morning. No lights are on, no electrical or water supply issues. Also, the manual is for multiple models, so it is useless to troubleshoot this problem. Lastly, the AI generated help is lacking and sends me back to the users manual, which doesn't handle this issue. It works fine again after pressing the left button, until it decides to not work again.

I have been using this ice machine for about 6 months and it works flawless. Makes ice super fast. It replaced an old Marvel machine I had and for the price you can't go wrong

It made ice just fine for 8 months. Then it started leaking water. So I replaced the drain hose. Not big deal. Then at 14 months, the compressor quit. End of story. 14 months.
