Works great and puts out a good amount of ice for its size. i used it for a recent 4th of July block party and it was a hit. when used indoors it does put off a decent amount of heat as a byproduct of making ice so be aware if you are installing it in a small room it might get warm in there. i wish it had additional attachment methods. the one supplied did not work with my particular faucet interface so i had to source on (for 8 bucks) on here to make it work. i also picked up a garden hose/outdoor faucet adapter so that we can use it outdoors for patio parties etc. overall this is a robust unit a good value for money. set up is pretty straight forward and the instructions are pretty painless

This machine is not the one for you , if you want cubes like the bag ice from the store , think the size is half of that , it’s not fast , when you choose to make the largest size cubes it comes out in one block, if you bought this for a conversation piece you’ll be happy , for a home bar , you better have ice bin full the day before , it has been running for 4 hours and you can still see the bottom , I truly hope this helps someone , because I’m very upset , over the waste of time this was for me , installing drains , new water lines , filters , and a new 20 amp service for the ice maker , I wish I pulled the trigger and got the free standing unit with cubes over 1” in size .
