Beautiful instrument. My mouth may not fit on it but I’ve had no luck playing this so far but the instrument is beautiful and could be the perfect fit for someone. .

  • Very happy so far!!

Caveat; I'm not an expert didge. My last dig was great and rated very highly. My kids broke it and I'm a traveler so this seemed like a great option. It sounds amazing for what you see. The painting is spectacular and the price is actually so low for this high quality instrument that is also FAIR TRADE! I will update if any problems. 10/22/20 ... show more

  • PLEASANTLY surprised and in love!
Size: Painted
Pros-its compact. Sounds great especially for if you're just wanting to try a new type of didgeridoo. Beautifully crafted. Cons-mouth piece is just a wee tiny bit smaller than what I'm used to. It was a fun learning curve, but this isn't really a TRUE con for me. I plan on buying more from this company directly, I really love the craftsmanship on this didgeridoo. It sounds great for the price. Highly recommend!💕🔥 ... show more

  • Does not produce a real didge sound
Size: Painted
The hum or a real didgeridoo is amazing to hear, Sadly, this instrument does not sound like a normally shaped didge. I gifted it to my son who plays the didge for a travel instrument and I could tell he is disappointed with the sound. Get a real didge is my advice.

  • Did-ja know didgeridoos come in this shape?
Size: Painted
I've been playing didgeridoos since 1998. I bought my first from a mail order catalog. I could easily drop the name because the experience of getting my first didge was that memorable. If you haven't had the pleasure of picking up one of the world's oldest and most iconic instruments, I urge you too as soon as you can. Terre makes it so easy to get your hands, err lips, on a didgeridoo because they price them so affordably. My first didge was well over two hundred bucks! "Back in my day, our didgeridoos were straight! I saw a super freak who had one with a slight bend near the end, but a coiled didge? What is the world coming too? " I was skeptical when I saw this strange shape, but once it arrived, I couldn't believe the sound produced wasn't any different than a traditional didge in this scale. The condensed shape is obviously great for traveling in addition to being able to perform with it in a wider range of spaces. Very cool idea! The hand painted pointillism "DREAMTIME" imagery is gorgeous. They really could, should charge more for the painted ones. I've actually painted multiple instruments with a traditional Australian aboriginal style, and it takes time. If I had one thing to say that wasn't glowing, it would be the circumference of the mouth end. It is smaller than any other didgeridoo I own or have played. I'm slowly learning how to adapt to it, but it is tough after almost 28 years. I imagine if this is your first, it won't be a big deal. Just worth mentioning. THE PRICE: How in this world do they price it so affordably? Not sure, but now that I mentioned it, THEY WILL KNOW, so you better grab one before they decide to get greedy ;) ... show more
