Very well pleased with the machine itself..just wished ups would've handled it better..as well as it was packaged the top of machine still got a pretty good dent in it..I witnessed the driver just tumbling it off the truck like no care at all if she damaged it..great little ice maker

Great little ice machine; however, I give it 4 stars because it documentation isn't very good, and it does NOT have a pump. So you have to buy one to take care of the melting water. But as for making ice - Great. It is a bit loud, but nothing unbearable. Overall would recommend because of the price and quality seem great compared to these 1k plus ice machines (which is ridiculous too me) ... show more

    • AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
One star is overly generous for Vevor. My Vevor unit was delivered 12/22/25 It stopped making ice end of February 2026. It had a 1-year warranty. I sought help. They took almost a week to respond. During that time period I purchased a different ice maker from a different manufacturer. The initial Vevor response was for me to troubleshoot the machine, check solenoid valve etc. I did not want to be a Vevor technician, was told that I could not return the unit, I had to fix it, I replied that this was unacceptable. There have been several communications back and forth. I am dissatisfied with the outcome. The machine was replaced as the Vevor reply was delayed, return was refused by Vevor and I’ve lost >$300.00 due to faulty product in which the warranty is not being honored. This is FRAUD. I want a full refund immediately. I've spent countless hours trying to get a refund. So far, no luck. Amazon's only response is to direct me to this (fraudulent) vendor. ... show more

The ice maker works great! It produces a lot of ice, and it does so quickly. Requires some installation work. It has a gravity drain and the outlet is on the lower portion of the unit -- so if you do not have a floor drain, you will need to build a small pedestal to elevate the ice maker and install a condensate drain pump. I was able to re-use the wood from the packaging to build the pedestal... I installed an in-line filter on the supply side. ... show more

We knew it would be a good product because of the brand, but wow! What an amazing machine! Quiet and quick! We usually spend so much on ice every summer at our lake place. In less than a week we have already filled all of our freezers with bagged ice and have bagged enough to pay for the machine! We bought the commercial ice bags off of amazon as well and are not joking and contemplating putting a sign up and selling ice to our community neighbors! Great machine! ... show more

So far so good! Spent $20 to ice down a deer carcass and said no more. We've saved approximately $40 in ice over three days. Eight more deer and it has paid for itself. I still use my small bullet ice maker for drinks, but this thing puts out a ton of ice that everyone else uses. The water in adapter is 1/2", so I have a 3/4-1/2 adapter coming, but it didn't matter since I can just suck water from my 3 gallon fermentation jar and it lasts all day.
