Stopped working correctly after a couple days. At first, the ice would fall down in sheets, and cubes don't break apart easily. Then the sheets would droop down and freeze to the new sheet causing a big ice block where water just kept falling trying to make more ice. I am waiting for customer service to get back with me.

I did a lot of research before purchasing an ice maker for my outdoor kitchen. For the money, I find this one meets my expectations and uses. I’m always disappointed that decent priced ice makers don’t store ice but have remedies by purchased ice bags and putting it my freezer. I like the shape/style of ice that makes drinks very cold. It’s great to already have bags of ice on hand when packing a cooler. I’ve not yet figured out all the settings but can make ice. Comes with all needed to install and anyone can do it. Great purchase for a covered outdoor space.

Great ice machine! Makes ice super quick! We usually turn it off during the winter, we just fired it up again since it’s starting to get hot in February, makes ice every 22 minutes

This icemaker has had a few problems. The first one is that there are no real directions. We finally managed to push enough buttons to learn a little. Still don't understand what the numbers that show up on the screen mean. The ice sticks together in a bundle of 24 and has to be broken up. Also the plastic drain tube is so long that it tends to fill with water then the icemaker doesn't work. Finally put it up on 2 cement blocks so it would drain. Luckily it is in the garage because several times it has leaked. Wish I had directions.

Saves me time and money not having to stop at a store and spend $3 for a bag of ice daily. Installation is simple especially if you are handy at all. It’s also wonderful to have for parties. You will want to remove the ice when full and store it in a freezer as it cannot keep the ice cold but it’s fairly insulated so it will keep for a good while.

It has one job.. make ice. It didn't. Looking at the construction of the ice holder even if it did make ice it would melt immediately. Worthless piece. I paid to have two installed, one in my bar and the other in my outdoor kitchen. Returned both of them.
