Great, before I've even made a start to assemble it, one of the y axis slider outer casings is cracked! So i cant even start to make a review. Overall, the quality of these sliders aint that great. Very thin. As for the assembly manual, you would need an electron microscope to view the graphics! Two other issues. The bits shown were not included, neither was the wheels that manually adjust the 3 axis!

The media could not be loaded. Do you see the bushing in the Sellers Picture? Because that issue might need some clarification. The original instructions showed only one spring on the left side, and later it was discovered that there were two springs. Inside the bag, the two springs look like one, and need to be separated. One goes on each side. When I tighten the Bushing with the wrench, It froze up on the threaded shaft and would not move. So make sure NOT to make it too tight, and the Thumb Knob on the left needs a small gap away from the Arm or else it will bind and won't move freely.

First off, but I consider it a minor issue, the images all show step motor adjustment knobs… Nope, not on what I was shipped. I bought this in December of 2021, put it together and was called out of town for 83 straight days, so it was not used at all during that period. Upon my getting back to the machine, it worked a couple of days and the controller board fried. No light at all after all of the troubleshooting, reset button, unplug and let sit, several times. I contacted the distributor and they were sympathetic, but couldn’t do anything. They put me in contact with the manufacturer in China. After 2 weeks of very short emails, their final answer was …. “ Sorry your order has already passed the warranty time,we can not replace for you,hope you can understand”. Notice there is no warranty information listed anywhere. I requested a copy of it, but am yet to hear back. My advice to you… Don’t buy this one, buy from a more reputable manufacturer.

Took a couple hours to fully assemble, never worked out of the box. It would move and turn on but under a load and readi g the gcode file it did nothing. Wouldn't recommend for anyone to purchase this. Tried 4 different softwares and still nothing.. bushing fall out of the parts so it won't move. Just a terrible attempt at a product

The box I received looked like it went through hell. One controller chip on the main board was defective, the motor was out of balance, and the remote control board was smashed. I got no viable answer from customer service so ended up ordering an entire replacement unit and taking what I needed out of the box to repair my unit and shipping the unit back to Amazon with the parts swapped out. The motor on the second unit lasted only three weeks and stopped completely. Fortunately I am tech savvy enough to figure out the solution to all the problems. These things are not for the feint of heart however.. be prepared to make mistakes and waste wood learning how to get it to operate. I would give Vevor a zero star rating, as I never received any answer to emails I sent, and the only response I got to my single call was they could not help me but promised someone would call that could. If you look at all the products Vevor sells, it's no wonder they have NO technical support whatsoever.

The product seemed fine but the controller board was defective. The vendor wanted me to make a video showing problem. They did not even offer a replacement part just maybe a small refund. Sent item back for full refund. It's too bad because the quality was fairly good for the price. Very poor customer support from the vendor.

Got everything set up and controller would not work contact support they want you to take it all apart return for a new one after hours to put it together and all that for a new controller
