I can say that this device works very well in multiple types of printing. I’ve used it for printing tote bags, cutting boards, and business cards. All of these turned out very well especially the hard surface printings (the cards and the cutting board). Words, lines, and images came out sharp and clear. I think it helps how steadily the device places the heating platen on the printing paper and applies pressure. I like that once you set the parameters and place the device in auto mode that after finishing a print if you need to do a second one, you just place the second print on the print bed, push it back in and it starts automatically at the same settings once the press bed is pushed all the way in under the heating plate. To stop a cycle, you just hit pause and the heat plate lifts off the bed so you can pull it out and check on it. Otherwise, it stops and lifts automatically at the end of the cycle. Heating seemed even, heated up fast, prints were clear and sharp and the press functioned always as expected. I do wish that the buttons had a marking to indicate which did which (one set works the time, one set works the temp, and one set works the pressure). They are under the item they serve on the screen, but still I had to look at the instructions to see how it worked. It is noted in the instructions, but they could get misplaced. I can see myself placing a piece of clear tape under the buttons and writing “time, temp, and Press” under the up down arrows on the tape. That’s my only small complaint. This thing works great!

"I have used a number of heat presses, clamshell and swing away but never an automatic one. It took a little getting use to but I understand the attraction. I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd generation of this product. When I was thinking about ordering it I did a lot of research on it but none of the reviews or videos were recent and none of them had the same control panel as this one. I think they listened to the initial reviews and made a number of changes - all improvements as far as I can tell. I have printed on T-shirts (cotton and polyester), sweatshirts and wood. I have used DTF and sublimation. I was successful with all of them. The DTF prints worked very well. The preset feature is nice. If my print size is anywhere near 12 inches or above I always use cardboard to help keep the pressure even. The user interface isn't the very best but it's much better than it used to be and I have not problem with it after half a dozen prints. I did put a piece of tape as a ""cheat sheet"" to remind me which buttons were for which functions. Obviously these automatic machines are best when you are doing batch jobs or can't be standing at the machine all the time. It's nicely compact, it has hand grips so it's fairly easy to move and takes up about the same space as a clamshell with a similar work area. When you are cranking out the work, this can do the job"

Let’s start with being provided the wrong tracking information that said it was delivered to another city, only to find out that was not my package or my tracking information and my package was just being shipped. Nightmare! Very much a hassle having to go through the seller and not Amazon. Word to the wise, pick a seller that ships through Amazon and not a private seller. After finally getting in touch with the seller and being told I need to be patient when I asked for a refund (Amazon recommended me doing this and having the seller redirect the package back to them) the seller continued to tell me to be patient repeatedly and ignored my request entirely. The package did arrive days later and upon inspection and trial use I will be unfortunately returning it. The quality is not great. The functionality of the heat press was subpar for me personally. Not a great value for the money.

This press seems like a very nice press for the money. Everything seems like it's made from high quality materials and it's got some serious weight to it for it's size. It is fairly simple to operate once you figure it all out, because the instructions aren't very clear or easy to read. It may be easier if you have more experience with these kinds of machines, but this was our first one and it took some trial and error to get everything figured out. Still highly recommend, especially if you have some experience or are willing to put in the effort to learn.

The quick heating function saves a lot of time, the temperature rises quickly, the digital display is intuitive, and the operation is simple and easy to understand. The adjustable pressure design is very practical, and the appropriate pressure can be adjusted for different fabrics and transfer materials. The finished product is relatively uniform, and the pressed pattern is clear and firm. The automatic release function is also a highlight. It is much easier to use than manual, and you don’t have to worry about forgetting to lift it up and burning the clothes. The green appearance also looks very special and is very conspicuous when placed in the work area.
