You get what you pay for. This tool is worth its weight in gold. After you get used to the software, and how to use it, the camera has different zooms and is very clear. You can take pictures and put them on a card, not included that you can transfer. I was able to hook this up to my laptop and transfer pictures right onto it so I could see larger views. The controls the end of the camera and you can turn it just as it shows on the write up. The lighting feature is great. This is one tool that you will definitely find a use for when you absolutely need to use it. I’m not saying to do this because it’s not for medical, but I did try it and you can look at the inside of your mouth to see your teeth, which is kind of cool. Again, not telling you were recommending to do that, but you could. It is that great of a picture! I love this tool, so many uses when you need to get up really close into something or down into someplace that you can’t go like a drain.NICE and very very, very happy!! : )

Initially I was going to buy an endoscope that attached to my phone, but this is much better. The screen provides a clear and crisp image, and doesn’t put my smart phone at risk of getting dirty or damaged. I like that I can steer the tip to see around the area under inspection. Well worth the money.
