That was a TOTAL WASTE MONEY!!! The tires flatten trying to turn and the handle bent (see picture) I only wish I had purchased the Vevor first as the Tow Tuff was a waste of money.

Once I got it put together and had a chance to use this trailer dolly, it was great— well built, big, sturdy tires, and easy to maneuver the trailer. However, my product was missing several washers and 1 bolt. Fortunately, I had some on hand that fit. The instructions are pretty bad, so a lot of guessing what goes where. Lost 1 star for the missing parts and bad instructions.

It’s much harder to use than I thought it would be. I have pulmonary fibrosis and it just about kills me to move the 6’x10’ single axle trailer. Wish I wouldn’t have bought it. It seems to be an excellent tool, just not for me.

Dolly is well built and useful. I chose this one because of the larger tires and its load capacity. Why I said "almost" in the headline is that the dolly doesn't work so well on gravel. It's likely that ALL dollies of this type are like that; but this one has a smaller tire on the front unlike some of the others. When pulling my utility trailer on soft gravel, this front tire would dig in and make it harder to move the trailer. So I removed the front tire and now it pulls easier. Still takes much more effort than if the dolly and trailer were on concrete or asphalt, but it is now doable. Something else I do is to leave the trailer jack down and use the dolly to raise up the trailer hitch. That way if I get tired of pulling or the trailer starts to get away from me, I can raise up the handle on the dolly and let the trailer back down on the jack.

Please note that this review is just a friendly reminder of the downside of buying products from any company that advertises “Tough tool Half Price”. Should you require support after the purchase, the half price part will suddenly make a lot more sense. I purchased this trailer mover KNOWING the product quality of Vevor, which IMHO is typical of things made from that part of the world. But hey, it’s half price right! When the box arrived I immediately opened it and began assembling it. The assembly process looked to be straightforward so I figured 10 or 15 minutes and I’d be all ready to test out my new toy. Unfortunately that’s where the Half Price part comes in to play. The box was missing two “plates” that basically hold the handle assembly to the axle assembly. After triple checking the box for the MIA parts I opened a support ticket with Vevor. Again, the “Half Price” saying immediately came back to my mind… Well after five days and several back and forth exchanges with Vevor here’s their response to my request for support. Paraphrase (Oops we have requested the missing parts be shipped to you from China, I will take a long time, so please be warned. Also, your suggestion to open a complete box and send you just the two pieces cannot be accepted because we don’t do that.) I’ve added the details to this review to simply let you know that the “Half Price” motto does have a downside. Buyers beware.
