I am very impressed with this VEVOR 1/2" Drive Impact Socket Set. If you regularly work on axle nuts, suspension components, or other large fasteners, this set is a great addition to the toolbox. The Cr-Mo construction feels strong and durable, and the sockets handled high-torque applications with my impact wrench without any issues. The deep socket design provides excellent access to recessed fasteners, and the 6-point configuration grips nuts securely, helping reduce the risk of rounding corners. One feature I really appreciate is the large, easy-to-read size markings. It makes finding the correct socket quick and convenient, especially when working in a busy garage or under less-than-ideal lighting conditions. Trust me as I've been looking for a set like this for awhile. These are some "gosh dang" nice sockets for the price. Great build quality. Lazer etching, and Lazer printed numbers on the side. The finish isn't slick, or glossy, or smooth whatever the other people are always complaining about....Come on people...these are impact sockets that are going to get scuffed up and scratched anyways. The rough/black finish im completely happy with! Like I said, they're excellent build quality. I don't think the black would fade anytime quickly. Same kind of look and feel as a performance tool brand impact socket. And it's a full set not missing any from 8-36mm!!! also 3 extensions, a wobble socket adapter, and ½-⅜ adapter!!!! Trust me when I say YOU WONT FIND A BETTER KIT FOR THE PRICE. I've been watching these sockets for almost 3 months whilst trying to find the best set to buy, between all the online stores you got nowadays. They were 72.99 back then. Randomly last month that number jumped to the 82.99 it's sitting around now and I was disappointed. But with black Friday being right around the corner and sales starting to go down. They dropped to a nice $69.99, And I figured may as well go for it In case that's not something that would be on sale black Friday time. Idk, I don't usually do a bunch of black Friday shopping cause I'm usually always broke, sigh. But I'll be keeping a eye out from now on, that I'm getting older and managing my money better so I can treat myself when I see a good deal. This is a great treat for someone looking to get into car mechanic work for sure. Going all the way up to 36mm, you probably never have the need to go buy one that's a bigger size unless you have a semi or bus, or tractor. I can't say that I've ever worked on any of those to know if you would need like a 50mm socket. But this will get the job done for most all cars, trucks, and SUVs. If you'd ever need to buy a bigger socket for one of those, I'd be surprised. But hey, having to go buy 1 impact socket for the 12.99 they typically are for one you need. Is better than $100 for a skip set, where your missing a bunch of socket sizes you may need one day, and you debate either grabbing another set for the $100+ or whatever it might cost, or even buying the ones you need that are missing from the skipsets all these public stores sell(WHICH ARE OVERPRICED!!) and still end up spending 12.99+(depending on the brand) for all the skipped ones you end up needing overtime and having to go buy. TRUST ME, THIS IS THE SET YOU WANT/NEED!!🙏😃 Also the case is nice as frick too, it's just a tad heavy, but I don't mind it. Love this product!!! And the sockets are nice and heavy, I compared the 13mm to a performance tool 13mm, and there's only slight differences. Vevors have excellent build quality as they are slightly thicker walled, thus more wieght. More weight means better impact performance. I'm very pleased!! I got the 34 piece vevor ½" impact socket set from 8-mm-36mm

Very nice set. I used these during the process of removing and replacing the transmission on a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. I ended up using at least 10 of the different sockets with my impact wrench and my ratchet handles. The sockets held up perfectly without a scratch and removed very stubborn bolts. I used several of the extenders and adapters and have no complaints with this set. I appreciated that there are two sets of markings to show the sizes. There are stamped markings and painted markings that are easier to see. The case still looks good, though I've only had it for 3 weeks now. It is a very heavy set.

I found this (complete) socket set as I was looking for a new socket set for the garage. I've been thru countless sets of sockets and wrenches as I've grown up in my 45 years of life. When I was searching for my new socket set, I stumbled across the Vevor brand and put the ½" set into my 'nothin but tools' list. That set looked to be complete and something that I felt would work perfect for my needs. It had a great range of sockets both Std & Metric; basically the ½" case but came with a ratchet as well. But then, I came across this ¼", ⅜" & ½" socket set and man this lit my eyes up.. Basically, every socket you need for your novice mechanics needs. I have been working on cars, bikes, motors etc, for decades. And now I'm very excited to have a complete set at my disposal, to call my own, worth displaying or pulling out with confidence to get the job done. The reviews of the company were great and the literature on the tools was very informative. Now the tools: This case came in 1 big box containing all 3 cases snuggly packed for shipping. Box was heavy (with reason) because of the amount of tools you are going to get. Opening the box, you first see the ¼" socket case perfectly placed in the middle surrounded by packing materials, very secure. The ⅜" case was next after you pull out the packing material and the ⅜" case takes up the whole depth of the shipping box and understandably the heaviest case of the set, then lastly the ½" case with packing materials holding the case in the middle of the shipping box. All 3 cases had a small zip-tie locking the case closed, insuring that these were in fact, brand new, never used. Once you 'break the seal' and you open the 3 cases, and after the tool God's sing hymns, you are welcome to (in all 3 cases) a beautiful complete set of black steel, organized sockets and socket extensions. They come with a matted finish but shiny with a slight film of lube grease on them ready to get to work. Each socket is easily recognized by size and placed in order (smallest to largest) perfectly in its case spot. The sockets stay cinched in place in the cases so no worries when moving any of the cases around in the needs of travel. I have a bias to the color red so personally I think the red cases compliment the black sockets very well and will make it really hard to separate when I eventually get a rolling tool box for all the tools. As is, you can stack the cases for storage when you are done using your tools or be able to tuck them away nice and neat. This set of tools is so nice that you will want to make sure to clean them after your done using them to keep them in great shape for years to come. To be honest, I don't see myself having to invest in another socket set for a long time, as long as these are built as tough as they appear. Now for any con's This very short list of con's only takes away .01 of a star for this product. I hate to even say this but here it goes. The ¼" case does not have a handle to it, even though it is a small case, the case could of been designed to have a handle because, why not.. Not the end of the world but had to be said. The more serious concern, I wish that these sockets came with ratchets as well. Let's say that I didn't own ratchets, and I get this wonderful set, now I gotta go buy something that is not Vevor to complete my tool set. I do already own ¼", ⅜" & ½" ratchets but would have loved to, with my investment, got new matching ratchets with this purchase. The original set that I was going to get (½" Drive Impact Socket Set, 65 Piece) came with the ratchet, and some others that the company sells comes with a ratchet. I would love to have gotten the ratchets with these sockets but oh well, in my case, not the end of the world. In conclusion I will be returning to Vevor for the socket sets that complete all the sizes that they offer (33mm and above) (1¼" and above) in the future and hopefully in the future, the company will offer a ¼", ⅜", ½" & ¾" ratchet set. After some time using these sockets, I will return and add an updated for the stregnth and durability of the set. Until then, let's go fix & build some stuff!!

This set is absolutely amazing!!!! I'm a machine Repairman that works in giga press due cast machines all day. This is the most comprehensive and affordable set I've ever seen. That ratchet and extensions with breaker bar are all built very rigidly!!! I've already hit the 2 5/8 with a 4500lbs impact to crack a rusted nut off and it had no issues with the high torque. Definitely a great purchase!!!!

I’m very happy with this Vevor impact socket set. It includes a great range of socket sizes from 8 mm to 36 mm, making it perfect for almost any job. The sockets feel strong and well made, and I bought the whole box for around $70, which is not bad—better than buying a couple of pieces from different stores, and you’re not going to get that kind of value elsewhere. What do you want? The carrying case is durable and keeps everything organized. The case is a little heavy, but that’s expected because it’s built tough and holds a complete set. Overall, it’s an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it and give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
