I haven't had the chance to complete the installation due to weather, but Vine has review guidelines that must be met. So let's go with first impressions.... At $25.99 (Amazon price at time of both purchase and review) this is fairly well-priced. I would have preferred to see it a buck or two lower (given others that I have seen and had in hand that are the same price but of a bit higher quality), but the price isn't outrageous. Build quality is okay. Price is okay. So, at this time with only a cursory look the best (or worst) I can give is 4 stars. The weather is slated to be better shortly and I hope to get these more fully looked at and installed. Then, if necessary, I'll be back to edit my review. Bottom line, first impressions are good/positive. If you want the flag look, take a look at these. 4 stars. ... show more
