I bought this after only using the Cricut Heat Press for years, but since I wanted to enter the world of sublimation, I had to invest in this and I have no regrets. It is easy to use and assemble. It's easy to switch between modes from standard heat press, to tumbler sublimation. It heats fast and I did not burn myself yet, which is a good thing. I would highly recommend. I just wish they had an attachment that would sublimate a full 20oz skinny tumbler all at once, but flipping it isn't too bad.

This is the first heat press I've bought. We just started our company and I have done over 300 shirts, 50 mugs, 50 magnets on it. It's been so easy to use and the Temps are really close to set temp. Now I want a bigger one.

Thought it was going to be great. No manual arrived with the product. Item is too heavy and the suction cups do not work so the hot press falls forward when you are placing product which is huge hazard and risk of getting burned. The lever is not smooth so you have to hold and guide down to lock to press. Without a manual, setting the temp is quite a challenge. Photos as shown are not representative of the unit I received. Not even close. Attempted to contact vendor with no response. Pass this product by. Look for another unit with same features. I think you will be glad you did.
