got this about two weeks ago and have done a lot of tumblers and coffee mugs defiantly worth the price the only down side is first time using it one side broke but I just welded it back and made it stronger on both sides

Junk, garbage, trash, the press and their customer service. I press about 5 cups and noticed the white heating element started to get wrinkles. Didn't think anything of it. Then the wrinkles started to puff up amd hiss when warming up. I message Vevor customer service about it. I get a generic message how they will forward it to the proper department and will be back with me in 48 hours. A week went by and never heard anything. I went to do another cup and I made the comment to myself how it's taking a long time to heat up. I had it set for 355⁰f and it made it to 280 then just started to drop. Now it won't heat up at all. I wrote them back and same message how they will get back with me. They say a 1 year warranty, I've had 2 months and done a total of 10 cups. So it's trash and has cost me about $20 per cup to press them.

I’ve had this press about 6 weeks now and I’m very happy with it. It’s very user friendly, easy to understand and works very well for sublimating tumblers. I have used it with 20oz tumblers with no issues, and made one 12oz kids tumblers with it as well. The sleeve was too large for the 12oz kids cup (it does state it works for them so I was a little surprised there) so it didn’t touch the cup at all, however it still sublimated fine.

This works better than expected and i would have given it 5 stars but when it heats up it has a bad order. I assumed it would go away after making several mugs, but it still smells bad.
