product came in ahead of schedule. no issues with shipping and packaging. have been using this product with my food trailer and has been working great. heats up great and holds temp. no instructions, but its common sense on how it goes together.

Drain valve didn't point parallel to ground when fully tightened, they told me to stick a screw driver in the hole and force it. There's a leak somewhere on the seam, water constantly drips from it. They gave me the run around on customer service for a week, had to have Amazon step in for a refund.
