I have used this machine a while now. It works great, heats evenly, and minimal finessing with the different sizes it comes with. BUT customer service is awful! My temperature panel gave out after less than a year and it took an entire MONTH to get the part in. Vevor customer service is NOT 24/7!! They have a person answering the chats, yes. But to get actual help from the department is agonizingly slow. They only respond in the middle of the night. It took a whole week before they finally figured out what part I needed replaced. The part shipped and took a whole month to get here. Then they had me installing the part on my own because they don't offer hands-on support or reference videos. The only good thing was that the part was covered under their warranty.

The day I received this hat press I made 2 hats to try it out and then noticed the Teflon was flaking off on two corners on the top heat platen. I immediately contacted customer support and they would only off me a Teflon cloth to wrap around the platen instead of replacing the platen. They would rather me return the item than make it right. They were quick to respond with emails but unwilling to replace their defective part. Would not recommend.
