Bought this product and it never worked. Had an issue heating up with temperature. Contacted manufacturer. Was told it was a loose wire in back and to make sure all wires were tight. Tried that and it still didn't work. Not my job to troubleshoot electrical. Packed it up and shipped it back.

Heater works good. Takes a bit to get to 300°, but gets there and regulates temps well. Biggest problem is that the coating on the heated platen started to come off. US customer service was good. Transfered to China customer service, and there lus the problem. You have to fight with them to get anything done. In the end I had to ask Amazon for a replacement, and after a week, it's still not shipped wouldn't buy again or recommend, mostly for the (non) customer service, and the coating problems. Third star was given only because the US customer service agent was helpful. ... show more
