I really liked this pump, it has a larger motor and pump than the one I replaced. I would have rated it 5 stars however the documentation included with it was very poor( 6 total pages of 1/2 page size pages are written in both Chinese and poorly translated English). If you don't have experience with electric solenoid switches the owner's manual will not help you. The information in the manual is not only extremely limited but is not well-written. I had to disassemble the remote switch to determine which color wire was associated with which remote button. It was easy to switch the wiring at the pump to assign the remote button to a particular solenoid, but it did require investigating because the "owner's manual" does not provide any information. I looked up the company's website. Nice pages but still no information, in fact, don't look too closely at the advertising rhetoric because the conversion information from Metric to English units (liters to gallons or quarts) is all incorrect. The website said they provide a 24/7 helpline, but when I called they were not available. In Summary, great product, but very poor support. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is the second of these I purchased, first one worked fine, this one is just making grinding noises. Hooked up the same way. This is for a big project video for a channel that has alot of subscribers and I need it done in the next few days. Now I will have to wait for a new one and the project will be posted late. I bought this for a hay feeder I made and I’m happy with my purchase! So far it works really good and I have no complaints. The only reason I’d say 4 star instead of 5 would be it could use more hydraulic pressure. Otherwise great product!

I havent gotten it hooked up because of the port size noted on the disciption. It does mention that the port size is 3/8" BSP. The SAE JIC fittings were not included as seen in the discription. The fittings installed were BSP X BSP and have a small filter screen installed. If I was to Purchase a fitting for the hoses I have the screen wouldnt be thete. Now i have to find an oddball adapter or find someway to install an inline filter that can handle 3500 PSI. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can still return it. ... show more

I ordered this three times! the first one worked good until we went to mount it (they don’t send any mounting hardware), and it cracked the whole pump housing. I ordered again, they sent the wrong item, the return process took about 3 weeks. So I desperately used the return money and ordered again cause this item was perfect for my setup. The right item finally arrives, i get it mounted and hooked up, and it literally wouldn’t do anything. Checked all the wires and all connections on my part and just nothing. This is all China made junk, it doesn’t have the pressure that’s advertised, you may be able to pick up 1000lb with it on a 4 inch round cylinder but it’ll be SLOW. I’m surprised that I’m the only negative review, but the other reviews I’ve read no one is really picking up heavy stuff. The pics show it can pick up a loaded dump bed, I’ll just tell ya straight up it will NOT. For now we are using the cracked one which actuality all works decent except the “up” which is what you’d use the most. Happybuy (vevor) customer service is non existent so don’t even try. This is my honest review, if anyone sees this and knows anywhere else I can order this setup id like to know! ... show more
