I'm impressed with the performance so far,it's fast and cuts thru oak limbs like butter ! However I just got it and tried it out. So I can't speak for the durability as of yet,so will update later,so far I'm happy with the item ! It's alot lighter than a weedeater ( gas ) with a pole saw attachment ,which is why I purchased this to begin with and is easier to handle by far and don't t have to worry about having to restart a gas engine in case it stalls, especially when on a ladder ,This is a sure winner! 😃 As a matter of fact it's a heck of a lot better than the Black and Decker rechargeable pole saw I had,it was JUNK compared to this !

After unboxing the saw and completing the minor assembly required, I charged the battery and took it for a test drive. The pole saw is lightweight and easy to use. The integrated oil tank is a very nice touch, but don't forget to push the primer button occasionally during use so that the chain stays lubricated. After trying out the product, I removed the battery for storage, and discovered that the small adapter that goes between the adapter and the tool was broken. My return window through Amazon had already closed, so I contacted VEVOR. Although it took a bit of correspondence to describe exactly what the problem was, VEVOR immediately sent the replacement part I needed. It was a pleasure to deal with the customer service representatives of both VEVOR and Amazon to resolve this issue. I have purchased several other VEVOR brand tools in the past, and have never had any issues, but this time I found out that they stand behind their products and their customers. Bravo Amazon, and Bravo VEVOR.
