After unboxing the saw and completing the minor assembly required, I charged the battery and took it for a test drive. The pole saw is lightweight and easy to use. The integrated oil tank is a very nice touch, but don't forget to push the primer button occasionally during use so that the chain stays lubricated. After trying out the product, I removed the battery for storage, and discovered that the small adapter that goes between the adapter and the tool was broken. My return window through Amazon had already closed, so I contacted VEVOR. Although it took a bit of correspondence to describe exactly what the problem was, VEVOR immediately sent the replacement part I needed. It was a pleasure to deal with the customer service representatives of both VEVOR and Amazon to resolve this issue. I have purchased several other VEVOR brand tools in the past, and have never had any issues, but this time I found out that they stand behind their products and their customers. Bravo Amazon, and Bravo VEVOR.

I'm impressed with the performance so far,it's fast and cuts thru oak limbs like butter ! However I just got it and tried it out. So I can't speak for the durability as of yet,so will update later,so far I'm happy with the item ! It's alot lighter than a weedeater ( gas ) with a pole saw attachment ,which is why I purchased this to begin with and is easier to handle by far and don't t have to worry about having to restart a gas engine in case it stalls, especially when on a ladder ,This is a sure winner! 😃 As a matter of fact it's a heck of a lot better than the Black and Decker rechargeable pole saw I had,it was JUNK compared to this !

I bought this when there were no reviews because it looked well made. I wasn’t disappointed. Done several projects in the yard as I have many trees and it’s worked flawlessly. Just finished cutting a lot of high tree limbs and the extension pole is solid and the chainsaw works tirelessly. Ran nonstop for over 2 hours before needing a charge. I put it on charge and spent the next hour picking up all the limbs I cut. After that, It was ready to go again. Best investment I’ve made in electric yard tools and worth the investment many times over.
