The press works as it should. The quality is a little disappointing for Vevor. The adjust handle is plastic. The hat assembly when placed in position is loose. I don’t plan to use it very often. And there is not much room for clearance with it. Have not tried the other attachments since mugs and tumblers are not my thing. The casing for the control box is plastic. I spoke to soon, this press lasted three uses. On the third use a puff of smoke came out of the back of the top plate. Light work on the control box, but no heat to the plate, but the cord becomes nice and hot. This is the second heat press from Amazon in 6 weeks that I have received that have had problems. I bought one last June and it is wonderful just too small for sweatshirts. Guess I will head to the top of the industry for the next one. ... show more

I have never had such a bad review about a product. But I am so angry and frustrated! This is my 2nd Vevor heat press, I purchased September 2024. It was not inexpensive either. The first one lasted about a year total but had problems staying on from the start. I purchased the second one and used it all of 10 times before it wouldn't turn on. When it did work, the heat was inconsistent, the pressure was uneven. I never even had a chance to try the accessories. I have been trying for months to return or get support to no avail. This company is a ridiculously unethical, and quite frankly, I don't believe any of the positive reviews here. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for recommending such a piece of junk. If this is a one-off problem, why won't anyone help me? A company with good intentions would find a resolution for their customer. All I get is "do not reply to this email and contact Amazon". REALLY? No help whatsoever with troubleshooting and no possible way to speak to a person there found. Only reason they get one star is you can't post without a rating! ... show more

Worked well for a few months. Purchased in late Oct 2024 it's early Feb, the handle no longer works. Disappointed that it only held up for 3 months. Just long enough to be unable to return. Would recommend getting the warranty

I have had this press less than 3 months and used only a hand full of times . The handle for the mug press bent the first time I used it , I assumed I pressed down too hard, so I let that go. Then the power box completely went out. I have reached out to the company several times to get a run around and almost 2 weeks later the response that in 10-15 days they will send me a new power box. I am opening the box today May 23, 2025 for the first time. As you will see from my videos it is a mess and all dismangled so I'm not sure how it would work at this time. I will add more details later after I hire a team to figure this out. but for now 😡

I thought I was buying "new" press but it was already used I could tell from the scratches and dents on the machine. I would have gotten a used one if that was what I wanted at a used price. I couldn't even repackage because the box was damaged.
