First unit i received was doa, but they did send one out asap. The second one won't even lift my truck! Not happy at all with this product Updated review changed due to my own ignorance of not reading manual. You have to adjust the pressure and speed by using an allen wrench . Once we adjusted the pressure, it picked our vehicle right up. WORKS AMAZING!!! ... show more

    • Cheaper way to fix my lift but I have a leak

The power unit on my car lift went out. They wanted a whole lot of money to replace just the motor. I found this complete unit and it fixed my problem. I like the metal reservoir instead of the plastic one on my original power unit. It bolted right up. I wish they had included a 90 degree fitting to connect to the hydraulic hose so it isn't sticking straight out. My biggest complaint is there is a small leak where the reservoir bolts to the unit. Of course I didn't notice it until the reservoir was full and I used the unit. I tightened up the 4 mounting bolts but was afraid to overtighten them and risk snapping one off. I wedge a paper towel under the bolt and put a rag on the floor to catch any drips. Maybe one day I'll take off the reservoir and put in a gasket. But for now I'll deal with it. ... show more

The 1st unit was defective, it was leaking fluid. I opened a support ticket, the vendor and OEM communication was taking longer than expected, And when they did come back with a solution to ship a replacement part, it would be here in two and a half weeks (unacceptable). I opened up a replacement request through amazon and it was received in three days. So far, the unit is working as expected. It's not leaking but it's only been one day. I will update this feedback later as needed. Well the next day there was a puddle of fluid on the ground. It started leaking in real time as I started cycling the unit, not as bad as the 1st one, but still leaking. I'm going to research further and update the review. ... show more

I purchased this unit to use on a floor lift in my garage. I originally gave this unit a good review. It worked well at first, easily set up and no need to run a dedicated power supply as it runs off a 110 outlet. It is also easy to fill with hydraulic fluid by having a fill cap that can be removed and an actual funnel can be used. However, it has stopped working after only a few months and no longer performs. I have tried contacting the company, they don't respond, even Amazon tried to get in touch with them and they ignored Amazon as well. I wouldn't recommend this unit any longer. ... show more
