At this point I'm reasonably satisfied with the product. It's quiet--much quieter than the smaller, older air purifier in the bedroom--and I think it has helped alleviate my various pollen/mold allergy symptoms. I do have a problem, however, with the manufacturer which tells the purchaser to visit VEVA9000.COM for tutorials and registration info. When I did that the site told me to enter my first name and email address to access that info. I did and hit the submit button and all I got was a message saying "the list does not exist." Then tried the email address for support in the instruction booklet --support@vevafilters.com. And this brought up the message "nothing found." So I haven't been able to register my air purifier and am wondering where you go for help if ;you have problems such as those described by some other reviews, such as not being able to find replacement filters or to turn off the red light after replacing them. ... show more

I use this in our bedroom, I have used it for about two weeks so far. It's very, very quiet. My favorite things I like about this is that it's quiet, you don't know it's running. It's very easy to take apart (when I need to change filter etc ((I haven't yet)) ). It's price was 1/4 of the price of other brands (we paid 100$ at the time), so accessible to everyone who wants clean air! Also it lets you know by changing green light to red that the filter needs changing!....The only thing that I haven't liked so far is the blue light indicator saying it's running is super bright which I can cover with a piece of tape so don't let that be a deciding factor. ... show more

For anyone who needs to know! The red light will blink when the filter needs to be changed. After the filter is changed, do a "long" press on the power button when the unit is on and it will flash green when it resets. Hope this help! I love mine

The device is very very good, however be careful before ordering. Amazon and its shippers DO NOT take good care of this package during shipping and it is quite likely it will arrive damage due to poor packing materials and handling.
