Wonderful new mattress for my daughter. We used to have a 6" and we just got her this new 12" Vesgantti bed and it's very lovely. It comes vacuumed sealed and within 1 day it fluffs up to this big 12" bed. Sides also have hand grips so it made lugging it upstairs to the bedroom a breeze. Including the pillowtop portion it is a true 12" height. Great mattress and so happy everything worked out as expected. I know we'll get many years with this bed for my daughter. Great investment!

Mattress looks amazing. But doesn't hold any weight and when you try to contact the company they have their artificial intelligence computer (but you think you're communicating with a person) email you for several weeks till the 100 days of satisfaction guarantee is over. Then a real person gets very angry that they are the first time you emailed them and make you resend everything you already sent(pretending like they never saw anything! ) even though you're responding back and forth from the original one you sent, so they can see all of the AI ones too. They offered $30 and$50 back. But that's not satisfaction guaranteed!!!! Don't buy waste of money.
