My mom got this bed for my sister, and my uncle ordered it, too. They liked it, so I ordered a king one for us (we needed a new mattress...bad!!). We had an issue with delivery, the box got damaged so it was sent back .. I didn't even know this until I called Amazon and they told me (it just said "my order was running late" under my recent orders). So, they ordered us another one and it came 2 days later. We slept in it the same night we got it (we probably weren't supposed it 😄). It was comfortable and not too firm, but firm enough. For the price, it's a good matress!

Arrived a day earlier than expected. Expansion rate was quicker than specified , it only took about 2 hours to fully expand. Great quality , can't beat the price, and it's amazingly comfortable. Slept great! Memory foam is perfectly preportioned. Thickness is exactly what it is supposed to be. Doesn't sink too much. Easy to get in out of bed. The box states 2 people to life the box, but the weight isn't too bad I lifted it by myself without any trouble.

I got medium firmness twin. It survived my 200 lb self for just shy of 2 years but now has a permanent dip and needs replaced. It was comfy. It kept me from hurting. And until recently it did nicely at holding it's shape. Given the price, I'm okay with a two year run.

Reviewing this from the comfort of my bed and I must say I’m having a hard time keeping up ðŸ¤. This bed is soooo comfortable, usually my issue would be my lower back and so far I do get that support but I hope I don’t flap my mouth too soon. Firstly taking it from the package was very simple once it was inflated and expanded to the recommended thickness, I allowed it to stay 24 hrs but I could have slept on the same night. It’s medium firm but too firm to brake your back. What I love the most is, if someone is next to you, your not feeling their every move to disturb your rest. There was no odor and noise, overall I’m loving my new mattress it’s definitely value for money. I will update

Disappointed with this mattress. After a full week, it's not expanded and barely over 8 inches, not the 10 inches advertised. The promised foam on top hasn't expanded at all. I'm so curious about what's inside that I'm tempted to get it open to see if a layer was forgotten or left out. The mattress in the marketing photos looks much fuller than the one I received. Structure isn't there and the quality feels very poor.

Update: We've been using this mattress for 4 months. Absolutely no issues. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. Still as firm and comfortable as the first day we slept on it. Also, don't know if this is a coincidence or not. I've struggled with hip pain for several years. Within a couple of weeks of sleeping on this mattress my hip pain has disappeared. Original review: We purchased the mattress to use for ourselves. We've used it for a little over a week and have no issues. The mattress is comfortable. Probably not the most comfortable we've slept on but still very comfortable. Set up was easy but I didn't realize the mattress was vacuum sealed in plastic below a layer of wrapping so I cut through both layers at the same time which allowed the mattress to expand before I had it in position. No big deal just a little inconvenience. We did let it expand the full 72 hours before sleeping on it. Very happy with purchase so far. Quick follow did not realize I would be asked for a softness rating. This is a firm mattress .
