The chairs arrived early and when I opened the box one of the four frames was defective. The two metal frames on each chair that touch the floor have threaded levelers so that you can make the chair sit even on the floor. One of the four frames included had no threads and no levelers so that one chair would have levelers on one side and not on the other, making it sit unevenly. I have contacted the seller and I certainly hope that they will either ship me a new frame with levelers or allow me to return the item at their cost. Other reviews comment that the return shipping was at their expense and the cost was equal to the cost of the item. I truly hope this is not the case. If it is, Amazon should prevent this seller from listing this item. Repeated negative reviews should be enough to have them removed.

I originally ordered the chairs in the wrong height, They were gorgeous and packaged well so I did not want to return them but I had to. However the seller was good about sending me the FedEx printout for free shipping so that I could return them at no charge. I loved the original ones so much I couldn’t even wait to receive a refund and I took a chance and ordered the right size that very same day. The new chairs shipped out the very next day, and my refund was posted back to my card within two business days. As you can see they are so beautiful in our home. You won't regret this purchase also putting them together was a breeze as well.

These stools are exactly what I was looking for just the wrong color. So I made it the right color. A little fabric dye did the trick. They are very comfortable, perfect price point, and easy to assemble. The took the dye well, just needed more coats than expected because they are so plush.
