I have enough health issues without adding to it. So, I found these glass containers. They are GREAT. They are not overly large and hold the same amount of soup and I can freeze them as well. The lids are secure and spill proof. I take them out of the freezer either just before I need them or just to allow them to thaw naturally. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for and I love them.
