This is almost impossible to use if you have thick hair, even when sectioning. Very little product for the price.

I got this for my teenage daughter to use because her scalp had a lot of dandruff and flaky skin. She used it once a week for about 2 months and I have seen a big difference. All of the flaky skin has gone away and so have the dandruff.

I used this in my postpartum era. I really didn’t do anything for me. I have thick dense hair, this means it’s also dense from my scalp. I did feel like I was sweating more and my scalp wasn’t clean so I had high expectations for this but it really didn’t do much. May work on general cleaning though.

I'm used to scalp scrubs, but this is a treatment serum and was a bit different. This is a chemical scrub versus a physical scrub. Directions say to leave on for 10 minutes and then follow with shampoo/conditioner. It's VERY runny, so it can be tricky applying it to specific areas without getting everywhere. I apply to my fingertips and gently massage into the scalp, that works best for me. I do find it to be drying, but that's expected with my experience using these types of products (I usually follow up with a deep conditioner when I use a scalp scrub). I think this product does work, but it's not my favorite and it's unlikely I'll repurchase. It's also a bit pricey at $20. The scalp scrub I normally use is under $8.

When using this before I wash my vs not my hair scalp feels so refreshed! I do forget to use it sometimes because I just jump in the shower and you have to use it on dry hair then wash it. Not much of a smell but I prefer that especially if I'm going to wash my hair right after.
