    • Band hooks a bit lose on some purses

I like the size of this crossbody and having RFID protection, and good compartments. However, I had to reorder and send the other back and the hook closures on bands were weak. The band on these also should be considered to be a bit thicker. I hope manufacturer would consider this suggestion. Because when you fill the crossbody and specially put your mobile phone in it, it becomes heavier than the hook or band can tolerate on few hours of walk. I have had other Vera Bradley's of this size that had same problem as you walk occasionally the band comes lose from the hook, which becomes matter of security not to drop your bag say if you are on a cruise ship or above water or even on ground in a crowded place that if a thief would not snap it, it may easily be stepped onto it by someone close by. They should upgrade the quality of the hook and have a thicker band. That is why when I see a lose hook on a new bag I reject and send it back and order another one till I get a better hook, because when already new and lose what if when you fill the bag? I had a wristlet from Vera Bradley for 12 years. Nothing wrong with it just a little worn. Replaced it with this and itโ€™s exactly what I was looking for. Something I can put my phone in and have plenty of room for everything I need. Highly recommend this.

I LOVE this purse! I don't like carrying a big purse, but this is just the right size to take for shopping, field trips with my kids, or quick errand runs.
