I have worked one shift with this jacket and I am in love. The jacket came beautifully packaged. Organized, neat, all the pieces in their places. I either missed it in the description, or maybe it's not there, but I only expected the battery. Not a well made, thick cord and a heavy duty charging block as well! Clicking the power test button showed it was 3/4 full, but as we all know, you have to charge batteries for a bit to get a true test. I left it plugged in for a few hours before taking my new "toy" to work. And girl... yes. I work in a warehouse that feels like it it always either 20 degrees hotter in the summer or colder in winter than outside the building. Not fun. For a year now, I've layered, I've bought heat packs, I bought rechargeable handwarmers for my pockets... I was tired of spending small dollars constantly to work comfortably. While yes this is one of the more expensive heated jackets out there, it is high quality and highly recommended. 👌 I even got mine while it was on sale for 40% off. I know times are hard, so look for those deals! This jacket is heavy yet light? Even without the power on, the jacket is warm. The windbreaker is wonderful! It is heavy enough that it stays warm for a while after the power is turned off, yet light enough I was able to do my inventories and move pails and drums for the orders. The zippers move like butter! There are the two pockets on the outside of each layer and one inside of each layer. The inside pocket of the inner layer being for the battery pack, the outter layer's inside pocket is perfect for those small items you don't want to lose. I have a giant phone that would not fit, but my keys, and a mens size bifold wallet would be perfect to slip inside. I am 220lbs and 5'3. I usually wear a size 18 or 20 pant in women's (40 in men's) and an XL shirt. I went with the 3xl to be sure I'd be comfortable after checking with the size guide. It fits be wonderfully! I was somewhat worried that it would look bulky and fit strangely as things sometimes do for my height and weight. The jacket comes almost half way down my bottom which I prefer and though the sleeves are a tad long, I'm used to that (I'm short remember? Lol). The sleeves on the outter shell have a velcro adjuster that work well for me. Happy to not be rolling the sleeves like my mom made me do growing up when i got hand-me-downs. Speaking of velcro, the outter shell also has only two buttons on the closure. You have your zipper of course, then a snap button on the very top and bottom, with velcro strips between. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this function!! As small that that is, I don't have time, nor want to snap a million buttons when I'm busy. This is perfect for soccer/sports moms like me. Whether it's raining, snowing, or just a biting windy day, I'll be cozy in my new coat! Soccer season hasn't started for us yet, but this will be my newest friend on the side lines. ... show more

This is the most versatile jacket I have ever had the pleasure of owning! Bought this over a year ago; not only does the heating elements still work exceptionally, but I honestly hardly ever needed to use them with the insulation holding in my body heat to a point where I had to turn off the heat. Additionally, it essentially came with 2 jackets. I use the outer shell most often because it doubles as an incredibly reliable raincoat. I love it and everyone has been jealous of me when they see me wearing such a simply marvelous rain jacket that actually came with a heated jacket I bought over a year ago.     • Warm, comfortable, versatile and waterproof jacket!

A couple of years ago my husband bought me a heated vest because I am always cold, especially when out hiking or riding quads and the vest was a game changer for me! I could finally stay warm and comfy out in the cold weather. I got tired of wearing my vest underneath my waterproof winter jacket because it was so bulky and restricted my movement so I decided to buy myself a waterproof heated jacket and when I found this one it had everything I wanted in a heated jacket so it was an easy decision to buy it. What I love about the jacket is that it is a 3 in one all season jacket that has a fleece liner where all the amazing heat comes from that zips out and can be worn alone as a light weight heated (or not heated) jacket, you can take the liner out and use the outer shell as a waterproof raincoat or you can keep the liner zipped into the shell and have the soft comfy warm liner combined with the completely waterproof outer shell and be protected from rain and cold! The outer shell has a detachable hood, which is nice because if it’s not raining you can take it off and leave it at home. The jacket is well made and durable and is truly waterproof which many jackets claim to be be re really just water resistant! It has a perfectly sized zippered cell phone pocket on the right chest, making it a great location to be able to listen to audiobooks or music without needing headphones. All of the other pockets are large and zipped so no rain can get inside and items put in them are safe and secure. The jacket has 3 heat levels and even on high the battery lasts for hours. My only issue I have had with the jacket in the 4 months I have owned it is that one day the jacket stopped heating, even though the battery indicated it was fully charged. I was devastated because I spent I decent amount of money on a heated jacket that stopped heating within 4 months. I figured I was going to be SOL since 4 months had past but I reached out to the seller and described the issue and they promised to make it right. We did some troubleshooting and the seller felt the battery was the issue so I was sent a replacement battery at no cost and it arrived within 2 days. I plugged my jacket into the new battery and sure enough the jacket worked properly right away. I just love it when a seller stands behind their products and delivers great customer service as this seller did for me!
