Super puffy and soft. Just stick it in the dryer for 5 to 10 minutes and it comes out like a big ol marshmello. However, I'm returning this product because the description says Pima cotton. It doesn't say poly-cotton which is what it really is. It was misleading and therefore I felt it was dishonest. The problem with polyester is even as a 40/60 blend it doesn't breathe like a hundred percent cotton. The whole purpose of a down comforter is its breathability. If you want extra warmth then this would be a good choice. Well, I have an update. I ordered two other comforters to replace this one and one of them had real heavy fabric cover. But I could still see Brown feathers through it. When I asked the seller if they used duck down or duck feathers I never got an answer. The second one that I purchased didn't have all of the tags and certification that this down comforter has. So I wasn't really sure what I was getting. All of those certifications mean a lot to me. This comforter has all of the certification and it was the best out of the three. Even though it has some poly it didn't seem to be too hot. I just hope it's not too hot for me in the summer. NOT VERY HAPPY! It is soft and warm how ever I was going for the fluff factor. The item comes vacuumed seal. I did put in the dryer for the recommended 15 minutes and then air fluffed it out like it suggested, BUT it did not fluff up. I’m VERY disappointed for the $269 I spent on this. I could kick my self in the arse for this purchase seeing as I am unable to shrink wrap the item to send back. ... show more

I read a lot of reviews and did my research because I had never purchased a down comforter. This comforter is Hungarian goose down which is the best down you can purchase. The material is very soft, not scratchy Great value for the money.

220 bucks and a big no! My 30 dollar amazon down was better than this. Except the shell. The shel is amazing! But who feels the shell because u use a duvet over the comforter. If u check my reviews. I did return two other downs comforters. Not because they were not good. if i didnt hav the money and i had a budget. Id get that 35 down alternative. Very fluffy and feels like goose. But the shell is very ruff. But like i said usually people use a duvet so u never feel the shell ... show more

I love this blanket, it is worth every penny! It is so soft and warm. It is so comfortable and extremely fluffy! The ties on each corner also really help it stay inside of the cover properly without bunching and the baffling keeps the down in the right spot and evenly distributed! When it arrives, it comes with a bag and it does take either a spin in the dryer or about 12 hours to expand from its shrink wrap! I find myself waking up in a pool of sweat. It is a great unit that fits well and covers appropriately. I do not regret buying it. I have learned to just move it when I get too hot and use the sheet until I cool off.

Warner than expected. I’m always freezing. I was diagnosed raynauds and Lyme. Like always freezing!! This thing is super light and super warm. I actually rechecked to make sure i ordered the year round and I did. When it arrived i had doubts. It took about 3 days to air out and reach full fluff. Holy cow after using it last night i was almost too hot. This thing is going to be great for winter. Definitely too hot for summer.     • Fantastic but are NOT Pima cotton

First of all, let me start out by saying this is a fantastic comforter. It’s warm, soft, plush and comfortable. My problem is that I developed a horrible rash from it. I didn’t bother to check the tags because it’s advertised as Pima cotton and Hungarian goose down. This is absolutely FALSE. Two nights in I developed a terrible rash and couldn’t figure out the allergens. Had to make a visit to my physician who asked if I had any new bedding or clothing. Once I stopped using the comforter the rash subsided. It’s quite misleading and irresponsible for the seller to advertise this item strictly as Pima Cotton. It’s also unsafe, hazardous to someone like me and cost me a trip to the doctor. I also realize that I was irresponsible myself should have double checked the materials listed on the tags prior to using it. I believe poly/cotton blend is listed. However, if you don’t have a poly allergy, this comforter is amazing. I’m sad it didn’t work out, and angry that Amazon would allow them to false advertisement this product. I’m also angry that I loved this blanket and couldn’t use it. ... show more
