I've had it for a couple months and this combo unit can fit a decent amount of clothing. Wash takes about average 58 to 110mins, and dry for heavy loads about 3 to 3 in a half hrs, standard load about 1 to 1 in half hrs. Yes it does take longer but it actually dries and washes cloths great. I set up my own program vs the preset and makes washing and drying quicker. No moisture in the air and its quite for the most part. I would highly recommend. Customer service was great and polite and prompt. I have a meter on my rv and I have checked it before and after washing and drying cloths and I average at .15cents per kwh running this thing. It averages out to .90 to $1.15 per wash and dry. This thing is very energy efficient

Purchased September 2025 Second load so far it’s doing great! It’s quiet and barely noticed the spin cycle. From experience overseas with these washer/dryer combo I know it takes hours to dry. We do a load or two a day and let it run.

This is our second compact ventless washer/dryer all-in-one machine, and it is far superior to the previous one. It is much more quiet and shakes way less when it spins out. Also, this company’s customer service has been great via messages exchanged through Amazon. Within minutes of placing the order, they were already reaching out to make delivery arrangements. The machine arrived much faster than the original Amazon shipping time estimate. And they immediately resolved a question I had. If you’re shopping for your first ventless/condensing dryer, keep in mind that process takes much longer than the hot air vented process. That is a normal aspect of how that process works, and it saves a ton of electricity and has no risk of dryer vent fires. Having run about 6 loads of wash in it so far, I recommend this machine.

First wash it was shaking so much the bottles in my refrigerator were making a racket. Figured out removing the 4 shipping bolts isn’t enough, you have to pull the rubber gaskets that are attached to a shipping restraining plastic part. It doesn’t seem like they could or should be yanked out, They are firmly anchored. The instructions don’t mention the importance of this step, I suppose it was lost in translation. I removed them and my dogs no longer freak out thinking it’s an earth quake, like they know. The shaking is the most common complaint about this product and I think it’s due to this. I’m giving it 4 stars for now, only detractor being the instructions don’t mention the importance of pulling the gaskets out. Another common complaint is it takes a long time to dry. A full sized dryer takes 220 volts, this one uses 120 volts. Less power equals less heat and longer drying time, it’s not necessary less effective but it is less convenient. Just received it today and I’m doing my second load so I can’t speak to its durability.

Washing is good. Dryer part is barely functional. It wouldn't dry my pile of clothes at first. So I kept reducing the size of loads. Now after trying to dry just 1 T-Shirt, and after a 4+ hour setting, the shirt is just as damp as right after was washed.
