  • Great tires
The style looks good on my truck. The noise of the big tires are not there an for the price it's great. I will definitely be buying more.

  • Overall good tire for the money.
Put 265/75/16 Venom Power XT on my Magnuson Supercharged 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro. Overall I think the tire checks a lot of boxes at a low price point. With that being said there are a few minor drawbacks I will note below the pros. I have about 10k on the tires at this point, and have put some of those miles on towing a 23' 4900 lbs camper, in rain, mild offroad, dry roads, highways. . . . Pros: - Great price for this style of tire - Reasonable sound for this type of tire (no offroad tire is stock tire quiet, so don't get them if you don't like the noise or don't need them. - Looks great when mounted - I get lots of compliments - Tread seems to be wearing on par with the 50,000 mile rating (@ 10k or so they look good) **As with any tire, especially offroad tires, they will need to be rotated regularly to get maximum life - So far great offroad traction. I'm not mud bogging or swamp skipping here . . . . but the tires do great in loose dirt, loose sandy soil, gravel, normal amounts of mud (not fender deep). - So far ok while towing a 23' Ozark Camper that weighs in around 4900 lbs loaded. No towing or load issues at all. Towing performance is fine through *** I do actually stay at 60 mph or lower when towing since I am hauling a big load in a little truck. Cons: - While I have never hydroplaned, wet weather traction on the road is not the best. I am driving a supercharged 6 speed manual, so some of that issue is my clutch and gas pedal engagement, but I did notice slightly less wet weather traction than stock tires (which were horrible in every other category) I am using a weight distributing hitch properly setup, my last camping trip it rained on the way home, and I noticed when moving from a dead stop towing the trailer in the rain, my rear tires wanted to spin a little. Again this was mild, I was not sliding all over the road, just thought with the weight of the trailer over the rear that spinning was out of the question. - There is road noise, and if you have ever owned offroad tires before I think you will find these to be mild to moderate as far as noise. I have had much worse but have not had many quieter. If you are looking to roll down the urban streets in silence no offroad tire will work for you, they all make noise especially at highway speeds. That said these are on par with most as far as howling when rolling down the road. Tacoma's have nice sound deadening for a truck and I find with the radio on low, the tires in no way bother me at highway speeds (65 mph plus. . .tested to maybe 80 - 85 mph) Overall Impression I like the tires, they look better than they perform but the performance is not bad at all - taking the price into consideration they are a great all-around value if you need an all-terrain tire. If you are noise sensitive get stock replacement tires, if you like the look of an all-terrain tire, at a good price, and you know the noise level will be louder but not what I consider annoying at all. . .these tires are for you. ... show more

  • Very loud sound
Tires seemed ok when we received them. Had them put on our 2020 Toyota Tacoma Truck. The sound is unreal in the cab of the truck. Roaring is almost too much to handle. We became accustomed to the loud sounds. But then started noticing the thread on tires was wearing out quickly. I wouldn’t advise purchasing these tires. ... show more

  • Nice tire especially for the price
I pit a set of 266/70/16 on my Tacoma. The tires ride nice, not rough, handling seems the same and the noise is minimal for a aggressive tread tire. I've had much louder tires from Goodyear as well as Mickey Thompson. Over all, so far, I amnpleased with the tire. However it can be found cheaper on Walmart website, roughly 155 per tire shipped. ... show more
