I bought these splint stockinette when I broke my wrist a few months back. I needed to wear a fabric under my splint to prevent moisture and bacteria. The length of these was decent and fit was nice. The thumb was in a very odd place and i had to cut it off for it to fit right. The material was soft and wasn't uncomfortable besides having to modify the thumb area. The edge of the stockinette did not have a seam so they began to fray very quickly and had many stray pieces all over the place. Based on price and durability I would definitely buy them again, but I might search for better quality if you need something long term.

I ABSOLUTELY reccomend this if you need to wear a wrist brace for any longer than a few days. My wrist was so irritated without something under the brace, and I cut a sock up but it didn't fit very well. These are one or two use only, they fall apart after a while, but they help SO much to prevent irritation, rashes, and scrapes from the brace.

The price is right! I like that there is thumb protection. The hand dr office just had the tube kind without thumb protection and they dont like to give extras so you can keep them washed. I suggest throwing them in a lingerie bag when putting in the clothes washer. This will keep it from getting stretched out, but still allow it to clean thoroughly. It also keeps them from becoming lost in your washer.. like this missing socks

It's like the Italia guy's -shirt material, the only issue being; unless you have "tiny hands", you'll never get your thumb in. Cut most of it off and add a notch to open it up a little. They are easier to use than the doubled-up ones that never line up. There, all set!

Long enough to cut down to the size you need. For example the thumb can be completely covered or cut back so this is only on the friction points. Hand portion can cover swollen knuckles and for me went to the next joint.
