My daughter has a low loft bed with taller sides - which means it was easy to accidentally bump her head on the headboard area. She had been stealing our living room pillows to add some support and add protection from the back headboard This wedge is the perfect solution. It fits perfect from wall to wall of her full size bed. I didn't consider that we can't actually get to the pockets because of the side walls - but the pocket was not the reason I purchased so that's OK. The pillowcase comes off easy and is washable. The wedge already seems pretty fluffed up after only a few hours out of the packaging. It says to give it 48 hears to get fully expanded but I'm already pleased with this. This Toblerone shaped pillow perfectly solved the problem of our pillows being being stolen by our headboard gap. I cannot recommend this enough. The bags on the side are irrelevant to the pillow function- ignore them so you can turn the triangle to the side you need for your bed gap.

I bought the twin XL size because of the color of the case or the price, I can't remember. I didn't need a whole twin width because I only needed it to be half the width of a queen bed. So I opened the case, cut off a foot of the foam pillow, zipped it shut, and now I don't push my husband's wedge pillow off the bed or my stuff off my nightstand.
