I received this product which appears to have been returned by another customer. The previous customer states the item is defective and leaks per her plumber. The part that bothers me even more is once this item was returned it was just put back into circulation for sale. No one bothered to check that all parts/items were returned in box. This product works exactly as advertised. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have decided I really like it. It definitely takes a little time to get used to it. We have very high water pressure so this is less like a gentle Japanese bidet and more like a thorough cleansing, even at the lowest intensity. If you have more moderate or low water pressure this will work very well for you. Otherwise, I love the design and the look of it. There are two different modes, and as you turn the knob farther the pressure increases on each mode. It is by far the most attractive, affordable option I’ve encountered on Amazon. I installed it by myself in about 10 minutes, it includes everything you need, including Teflon tape and all hardware and hoses. ... show more

I ordered this product without realizing that all my toilets are one-piece units (integrated Tank) but I was able to successfully install it as can be seen in the pictures, I posted. If there is not enough space between the two holes (which hold the seat) and the wall of the tank then it won't fit in. Installation was easy. Unit works for my satisfaction. Looks neat. Caution - Do not over tighten the T-Valve when you connect it to the bottom of the tank as the rubber washer in there will distort and may not create a perfect seal. Just hand tighten it first then give it a little extra 1/4" turn. ... show more

Got this to replace my hand-held booty sprayer that died. This was my first bidet and was an easy install. It fit under the seat and works well once positioned properly, which took a couple adjustments to get centered. In terms of the spray and bum cleaning, it really does hit the (ahem) bullseye with accuracy and force. While the spray is consistent, it’s almost too accurate as the narrow hard upward direct stream can feel a little enema like. For real. It definitely gets the business end clean though and comfortably once I got used to controlling the intensity. I can’t speak for female parts cleaning. Feedback wise, I’d love to be able to tweak the stream to cover a wider area, and I’d go for a model that also had a handheld sprayer. This is fixed bidet unit convenient but it’s also nice to be able to spray bowl skid marks with a hand held. Good design and value overall. ... show more

This item hits the spot! Easy to install. I like the control knob; no need to look at it to use it, just turn one direction for rear wash and the other for front wash, with the flow proportionate to the amount of knob turn and a reasonably wide OFF zone. Actually I find there is very little difference between front and rear. My concerns are theoretical. 1. The control arm could get damaged or broken if someone slips while sitting down and pushes it down forcefully while trying to stop their fall. If that happens there could be a lot of water squirting out, and the toilet supply valve must be turned off to stop it. Then the tee fitting must be removed and the toilet fill line reattached directly to the supply valve before the toilet could be refilled. A better design would include a shut-off valve on the tee fitting so the water to the attachment could be turned off without breaking out the tools. Also a valve would allow restricting the flow in case of high water supply pressure. 2. The water jets are retracted by springs when water pressure is not present. The sliding action of the water jets may in time be impeded by a build-up of minerals or other solids like sand in the water. 3. The cold water doesn't feel bad now, in early October, but I wonder what it will be like in January and February. Despite these theoretical concerns I can say that a week after installing and daily use since then I'm very pleased with this product. It saves a lot on toilet paper, so it will save trees and the savings will pay for the bidet attachment after a few months. I like the look of the installed unit, with the exception of the part that shows between the closed toilet lid and the water tank. Update 4/17/2021: The unit still works like new. No leaks, and no problem with the sliding nozzles. Cold water wasn't bad at all during the winter; in fact it was refreshing. I wouldn't spend the money or go to the hassle of buying an attachment with a built-in heater. I still wish it had a shutoff valve at the tee in case of eventual leak or breakage, so still -1 point. The mounting assembly is extra thin, so doesn't raise up the rear of the toilet seat noticeably. I recommend this item as the best bidet attachment for the money. ... show more

Here's how it feels...from my end. Very easy to install. Instructions are simple and well done. Ingenious system to align the seat cover and the Veken bidet insert. Comes with the stainless braided water inlet hose. For esthetics, I replaced the stainless steel with a white reinforced vinyl hose. After the initial, first-timer squeal, I have become adept at adjusting the pressure more slowly. It's not an issue, but the force of the water was unexpected. It's easily managed--sort of like the gas pedal of a car different from the one to which you are accustomed. (An adjustable inflow valve to set the maximum pressure is the only addition I could recommend. But it doesn't detract from this review.) Since using this, I feel cleaner, my under garments are not as "off-white", I flush no paper and I only use two squares to pat dry. Really like it. ... show more
