I ordered a pair of these 25lbs dumbells on a prime day sale, hoping that for ~$150 these would be a solid choice for working out at home... The main issues: The balance and attachment of the weights is poor, the individual plates shift and rattle around as you lift/move them and interrupt your natural movement. I am no serious weight lifter but these are completely unenjoyable to use. The weight plates also FREQUENTLY fall of the weights. No matter how much I shift it around in the cradle to ensure it is set properly, and ensure after I select the weight that everything is attached securely... plates will fall off. Very frustrating, dangerous, just straight up unusable. Spend your money on a quality set. These Veick weights are horrible and I'm going to inquire about a refund as soon as this review is done. ... show more
