I finally, got it installed and I love it!!! Customer service is 5 star! They respond, call, email and approved returns. Luckily I don’t have too, I really love this purchase; I knew I would!!! Compliments galore! Be back when I load it with laundry Have to return, which really sucks. Coupler plate hole doesn’t allow you to screw it on, making to useless for ebikes as they’re 3/4 diameter wide. Can’t install; doesn’t fit. Nice looking cargo nonetheless. ... show more

This trailer was easy to assemble, holds a lot of groceries, looks great and follows nicely behind my recumbent trike. Just have to be careful when loading, so that sides don’t bulge and get rubbed by wheels.
