My dogs are 11 year old 60lb Labradors. They love the dog bed. I purchased a 2nd bed when the 1st bed worked out so well. The 1st bed came with a pad that had arms on it and they tore up the arms so I took the pad off. Easy to assemble. Sturdy.

My dogs love this bed! It doesn’t stain, they find it super comfy, and they can’t tear into it like they do with plus beds. If you have a dog who goes into heat, the blood won’t stain this bed even if it’s a light color! The seams have come apart a tiny bit, but I’d still say that it’s pretty sturdy. Dog fur doesn’t stick to the bed, but instead falls to the floor beneath it. Doesn’t collect odor like other beds do! ... show more

I can’t believe how well this has weathered a standard poodle. Raven scratches it. Receives treats on it when he’s good. Lounges on it just because. He loves his “place” and so do we. No rips. This is a REALLY well built elevated dog bed! He only weighs 16lbs now but he’s probably going to weigh about 75 and so only time will tell about longevity. He climbed right up on it and laid down and went to sleep. It’s going to keep him cool and comfortable this summer for sure! Definitely worth the forty bucks. I love how the legs on this one come straight down instead of outward like I’ve seen on other ones. Less space is taken up and there’s smaller chances for people to trip over it. Since it’s easy to put together (but sturdy - everything is tightly fitted), I imagine it could be a good traveling bed also - something that could be broken down and put back up. ... show more

Our dog thinks this is the best! The material stands up to her pawing it. Another friend told me the same with their dog, it was pawing at the pad. Maybe they like the feel or sound, but anything that keeps a puppy entertained works. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the stitching. In the turn to the next direction in each corner, two of four have a wad of thread, which our dog thinks is a feature to be chewed on. If it holds up great, if not and I'm already seeing pulls, then not so good. ... show more
