I have only used this for two trips, but I already really like it. There are four design featured that I feel really sets this bag apart from others. I like ther reinforced top handle (see attached pic), but I guess others have this also but many don't. I like the two inner compartments that allow for regular laptop and a tablet. This is useful for business trips where you bring company laptop and personal tablet. Both laptop and tablet have their own padded sleeve (see attached pic). The biggest feature I like are the straps on each side of the bag (see attached pic). Main feature os these straps is that you pull straps tight when bag isn't completely full. This reduces chances of everything in bag dropping to bottom of bag. When that happens it makes it a PIA to stuff under seat in front of you when flying. But THE BIGGEST advantage is where they placed these side straps. They put the straps in such a way that the straps help keep water bottle in place. So many bags have the mesh pocket (like this one) but it isnever sturdy enough. So your water bottle just flops around and falls out. Since I have only used this twice I can speak to longevity, bit all materials (zippers, straps, handles) seem well designed.

I have spent a considerable amount of money on other bags recently that didn't last or showed poor quality right off the bat. I decided to try a cheaper bag this time. So far I am impressed with the quality of this bag. The amount of compartments and spaces for anything you can think of is plentiful. It has only been a week of use so I will update accordingly.

the majority of this bag is great, big enough for all the nonsense I decided I need to bring to work to fit in the pockets (with only one exception) without much of a fight with the zippers (a problem I started having with my last bag, thus the new one) and there's actually a decent amount of room to spare for days I decide to bring snacks or something. I do like the... pseudo pocket? the one that is basically a flap held by clips that holds a basketball in the product listing images. that helps rearrange things so the part of the bag that lays against my back isn't so lumpy and awkward. my one lament is the bottle pouches on the side. they are just a few millimeters too small to fit my 64oz water bottle, which isn't one of the things I'd label nonsense and is actually kinda necessary for my job most days. though for the fact this bag can easily fit all the other stuff, and feels to be built out of sturdy materials (it at least doesn't feel cheap and thin). I guess I can go shopping for a slightly smaller water bottle.

There is nothing not to like about this backpack there is so many pocket sleeves and storage compartments and zippers. Has built in USB cable, both water bottle pockets have straps to lock your bottles in place.
