So thankfully, another reviewer suggested cutting the sheet that all the tools/screws came with so that you saw which ones were which. This helped b/c I never got confused which screw was for which area. U really don't need another person's help to set it up. Parts are all labeled with #s or letters, and u follow the pictograms--think "building an IKEA piece". Make sure to look CAREFULLY at the photos so you know which way the holes should be facing, otherwise you'll have to take things apart later to get the holes facing the right way for screws to go in. No screws/parts were missing. The little wrench thing was sort of useless so I suggest pliers so u can twist the lugnut in more easily. For the price, I'm thrilled, and if u plan to store things under it -- there's lots of clearance -- I'd suggest getting a bed skirt if u care about aesthetics! I'm a fan, and it seems sturdy enough. Great sturdy frame. Went together easily. Fits the queen mattress I just bought perfectly. My only issue is the packaging of the assembly bolts and tools. The backing doesn't come off the packaging easily so the molded clear plastic over the bolts and tools comes off all in 1 piece and you can't see what ones are what numbers when it happens. To solve this issue I cut each screw, washer, and nut slot out seperately so I could still see the numbering of the screws and the packaging remained together. Glad I realized it before I got too far into it. The packaging box was long and somewhat heavy so requires 2 people to move it easily up stairs. The first parts you need are in the bottom of the box. But they all gota come out anyway I guess. Set up it's nice and sturdy. No squeaks or squaks or anything. It's not quite the weekend so the ultimate test is yet to happen. I've been wanting a platform bed for awhile now and the timing was right to finally get rid of my old bed (super high with a box spring, mattress and mattress topper - I needed a step stool to get into bed every night!). This one was priced right and I decided to take a chance on a metal frame bed (which I've never had before). Glad I did. This bed was super easy to put together - I did it in about an hour. It doesn't move around (I have hardwood floors) and is very sturdy.
